Lloyd Ward

Chief Executive Officer Ward Holdings

Lloyd is the Chairman of the Advisory Council for Legacy Acquisition Corp (“Legacy”). Legacy is a consumer-focused Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) that is listed and trades on the NYSE under the symbol “LGC”. Lloyd also serves as CEO of GWI, LLC, a management consulting and investment company that focuses on acquiring and building orphaned consumer products brands from large corporations.

Lloyd has been recognized as the 1st African American CEO of a U.S. Fortune 500 company. He’s served as Chairman and CEO of Maytag Corporation; President of Frito-Lay, Central Division; Vice President of Pepsi Cola; and Vice President and General Manager of Procter & Gamble. Lloyd also served as Chief Executive Officer and Secretary General of the United States Olympic Committee.

Hans Christensen

Hans Christensen is Co-Founder and CEO of MJX Asset Management, a world market leader in Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO). Prior to joining MJX, Hans served Chief Investment Officer for Barclays U.S. Collateralized Debt Obligation (“CDO”) asset management business. Hans also worked at Citibank N.A. for 20 years in various portfolio management, credit, and corporate finance roles. Previously he worked at Banker’s Trust Company and began his career with Harris Trust & Savings Bank in Chicago.

Privately he is Vice Chair of The Army War College Foundation. He is also co-founder of a charity that runs an elementary school as well as a vocational school for girls and women in Pakistan. Mr. Christensen received his BS in Finance from Indiana University and his MBA in Finance from DePaul University.

Karin Stawarky

Karin is considered one of the top professional coaches and leadership thinkers in the world. With a 20+ year practice that extends over 30 countries and 6 continents, she has helped develop leaders and teams across diverse industries to unlock passion, deepen purpose, and accelerate growth.

Karin serves as an expert business advisor to Babson College’s early-stage venture accelerator, Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab. She is an Executive in Residence and adjunct faculty in Babson College’s Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL). Karin is a Board member for the IFS Institute, founded by world renown psychotherapist Dr. Richard Schwartz, an innovator in the field of psychology and prevailing thought leadership on today’s understanding of the mind. Karin lectures for both executive education and MBA programs, including Harvard Business School and has a writing collaboration with faculty at the Center for Positive Organizations at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in the areas of leadership effectiveness and organizational engagement.

Alexandria Smith

Alex Smith brings over 20 years of experience in HR and Operations, helping leaders transform their organizations through leadership and management coaching, modeling, and implementing key people strategies, and driving culture change. Over the years, Alex has acquired best practices for improving organizational capability and performance – particularly focusing on HR transformation.

Alex has served in senior human resources roles for Microsoft, Target, Brightstar, including an award-winning tenure at the City of Memphis where she famously led the way to ensuring city sanitation workers who famously gave rise to Martin Luther King’s last protest were finally afforded city pensions and legacy health benefits. Alex was recognized as the 2016 Chief Human Resource Officer of the Year in 2016. Alex holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Economics from Duke University. She currently lives in Memphis with her two daughters.

Warren Blanchard

Warren is a seasoned business operations, strategy, product management, and finance executive with over 25 years of experience unearthing new financial and social value for Fortune 500 companies. He currently serves as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Potomac Strategy Partners. Warren previously served as Vice-President of High Speed Data Strategy for Time Warner Cable, where he managed the company’s $6.5 billion residential high-speed data business, in addition to having managed business operations, strategic planning, and finance for the company’s online consumer portal.

Prior to Time Warner Cable, Warren served in a number of operations, finance, and engineering roles for major organizations like FINRA, Ernst & Young and Honda of America. Warren holds a B.S. in Industry Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Purdue’s Krannert Graduate School of Management. In 2015, Warren received the Purdue University Outstanding Industrial Engineering Alumni Award.
